Great Weekend with New Friends and Old
Friday night Mommy and Daddy's friends Randy and Amy came over for dinner with their two new kids Max and Alex. Max and Alex recently joined their family from Russia. I am so excited to have new friends. Max chased me around the house while Alex and Molly chilled in the pack-n-play. Alex is already great at sharing...she didn't mind it when Molly took her paci.
On Saturday Kristin walked over to Nana and Papa's house with Annie and Hudson. I was having a bit of a pity party but Molly had fun looking over Hudson and comparing sizes. Their feet are the same size.. How about that?

Isn't being confined wonderful
Max enjoyed Mommy's Tupperware

Aren't we cute together?
Isn't that funny

Molly's new thing is her bouncer. She doesn't really bounce,
but boy does she get it moving

Spots Part II

After my impetigo cleared up we thought everything was A-Okay. The doctor told me to stay on my antibiotic for 10 days so I continued to take it. On Saturday I started to break out in another rash on my neck. By Sunday it had spread to my chest and tummy. Then on Monday it was pretty much all over. Yesterday Mommy took me to see Dr. Guetersloh and she confirmed what everyone suspected. I am allergic to sulfa or (sulfur). So now I'm allergic to sulfa and penicillin. Yea me!!!

What a Trip!
Over Spring Break we went to Abilene to see Grammy and Jaypa. It was a fun packed few days that included going to the zoo, playing with ponies, riding a 4 wheeler, shooting a BB gun, catching a catfish, and hunting eggs!! Whew! that was all in one breath. I had so much fun. Stayed tuned this week for a look at my new polka-dots. Actually this time they are more like spots.

That's one lazy bear
I think I want a pony for my birthday
Poor Molly couldn't see most of the animals

Gee thanks Grammy for letting me drive
Well, maybe I want a 4 wheeler instead...

I loved playing with Ranger
I hit the target

Some good old bonding with Daddy
I caught the biggest fish

Yes, I hunted Easter eggs in my Halloween PJs

I really wasn't sad but isn't this the most pathetic look you've ever seen?

My Polka-Dots!?!
All last week I had a runny nose. On Friday I started getting some spots on my forehead. By Saturday morning I had spots all over my face. I like to call them my polka dots. Mommy and Daddy took me to the doctor and he said I have something called Impetigo. It is either a staph bacteria or a strep bacteria. Today Daddy woke up with a sore throat and so he went to the doctor and sure enough he has strep throat. I guess that answers the question of what I have. I have an ointment to put on my spots and I have an antibiotic to take. Mommy says my polka dots are almost gone.

Mommy wanted to play connect the dots.

9 Months Old
Today I turned 9 months old. Mommy and Daddy can't believe that I am one step closer to being one. I love to make everyone laugh. Mommy thinks I am going to be the class clown. I am a monkey see, monkey do kind of girl. Tonight I watched Gage spit out some food that he didn't like. I thought that was hilarious. So, the next spoonful of food Mommy put in my mouth I tried to spit like my brother. I know what books are and I love them. Story time is fun with Mommy and Gage.
I went to the doctor today and had a great check-up. I weigh 16 lbs which is in the 10% and I am 27.8 inches long which is between the 50% and 75%. So I am still a little petite thing. I didn't receive any shots today so Mommy and Daddy thought this would be the perfect visit to get my ears pierced. Dr. Guetersloh does it at her office so Mommy and Daddy were excited. I on the other hand had no idea what they were doing. I have still yet to notice them too, which is why Mommy wanted to do it now. She didn't want me to be able to play with them and get my ears infected. Everyone at Mommy's school said I look so beautiful.

I love playing on Mommy's and Daddy's bed

Pretty cute huh?!?

Just Another Weekend
This weekend my friend Caleb had his 5th birthday party. It was at 50th St. Caboose and I had a blast. Caleb got a lot of Transformers and Power Ranger stuff. After cake and ice cream we played games. Daddy was impressed with my ability on the motorcycle game. I came in 2nd place.
On Saturday Mommy and Nana went cruisin' for garage sales. They hit the jack-pot. My favorite thing was a Batman doll that they got at the Cradles2Crayons consignment sale.

One of Mommy's favorite purchases for Molly.
Not bad for $1.75
At first glance you may think this is just a big blue blob.
But, for those of you that know the Little Einsteins might recognize this as Rocket
If you look closely you can see all of the chairs with Leo, June, Annie, and Quincy in them.
I even included the grab-nabber

"What, is there something on my butt?"
Yes, Grammy this is the same outfit you bought me a long time ago.
Yep, it's a 3-6 mth size
I love other babies. This is Tristan isn't he a cutie.

I love blue icing. Aren't we quite a pair?

BLAHHHHH

Sippin' Mommy's diet coke

Daddy's little girl
Don't you just want to squeeze me?

Bath time can get pretty loud

Everyone has been getting a kick out of my new laugh. Mommy set up the camera to catch it.

Another Week Without Daddy
Daddy was away in Midland again this week. I guess you could say we survived. Mommy keeps us busy when Daddy is gone so the week goes by fast and boy did it. We went to the park twice with Kristin, Annie, and Hudson. We also had dinner with them one night. We went to eat with Kami and Adrianne one night but it was cut short when Molly threw up all over Mommy. No, she isn't sick she choked on a cracker and that hit her gag reflex which sent her whole dinner up on Mommy. I had a great week! I got to be the flag holder at school. Be sure to watch the video of me saying the pledge.

Everyone says that I am going to be an engineer when I grow up.
I love building things
Every time Molly gets her diaper changed she loves to say hi to the baby
Don't they look alike

Girls and their TV
Molly loves to ride in my big red car

Girl time getting pedicures
Annie was such a big help giving Molly her bottle

I had fun pushing Annie in the swing
