This morning at school we had a pretend wedding. All month long we have been talking about the importance of marriage. There was a choir that sang and a whole wedding party. There was even a reception afterward. I was kinda bored through the whole thing except when the music was playing. I was very shocked to see that my Mama and Daddy were even there. After a few screams my teacher let me go sit with them. It's amazing what a little screaming will get you!

Well today was a very traumatic day for me. I was playing in my sandbox and got some sand in my eye. First, Mama, Daddy, Nana, and Papa all held me down to rinse out my eye. Unfortunately that did not work. So, Mama and Papa took me to the doctor. He put some yellow dye in my eye and then held up a black light to make sure that my eye was not scratched. I of course was not very cooperative so he didn't get a very good look at it. Since he didn't think he saw a scratch he rinsed my eye out with an entire bottle of saline. Mama said her ear drums are still ringing from all of the screaming but hey, at least my eye is better!!

One day while Mama was giving piano lessons one of her students brought a puppy for me to play with. I'm not so sure about little dogs. They don't let me tackle them like Taz and Sable do.

Well Mommy and Daddy took me to my very first hockey game. We sat on the front row right by the glass. The only time I really paid attention to the game was when the boys slammed into glass in front of us. The rest of the time I was watching Ely the mascot. I never did figure out what that thing was but it sure was funny!! I think Mommy said it was a piece of cotton.

Happy New Year!!!! I hope everyone has made their new year resolutions. Mine is not to get sick the week after Christmas! The day after Christmas my Daddy and I both got really sick. The doctor said it was something called Rotavirus. Anyway we couldn't keep anything in our stomachs so Daddy lost 15 lbs and I lost 2 1/2 lbs. I think I'm pretty much back up to 27 lbs but I don't know for sure. All I seem to want to do is eat!!!!!

Last weekend we went to Abilene to have Christmas with Grandmother and had a blast!!! I got a grocery cart and a remote control car. I like to tote around Greg from the Wiggles and go shopping for the food that Grammy bought me. I think Mom is tired of finding apples and bananas in the oddest places like the bathroom. While we were in Abilene I got to spend time with my cousin Kailee. We went to the zoo and fed all of the animals. My favorite animals were the bears and monkeys. My least favorite was the giraffes. Their tongues were as big as me. Kailee came home with us and she and uncle Jonathan spent two days here at our house. We went to the Science Spectrum and had lots of fun!!! I sure love all of my cousins!! They are so much fun to be with.
