The Beach
Whew! What a vacation. It is going to take several posts to show everyone what all we did last week. We left last Saturday and drove to Brownsville where Uncle Jim lives. As some of you may recall we were suppose to go there last summer but hurricane Dolly put a quick stop to it. We broke the trip up by staying in Georgetown with Aunt Mary and cousin Hailey. It was so good to see them! Throughout the trip we battled pink eye, fevers, and gunk in our throats. It was totally worth it.
In Brownsville we went to the zoo, went canoeing, cruised the gulf on a pirate ship, saw the ocean, and stopped to see some dinosaurs. These pictures are from the beach and dinosaurs. Molly didn't get to go with us this day. She was re cooping and taking a nap.

Needless to say it was WINDY. The waves were crazy.

Stepping on sand for the first time

I had no idea how strong those waves could get. Thank goodness
Daddy came to my rescue.

Next time I'll have to come back when it's warmer

These dinosaurs were just
chillin' on the side of the road.

We are but ants compared to this thing.
