The Pool is Officially Open!
We have officially opened the pool for a summer full of fun! I am going to start swimming lessons next week so hopefully I will be free of my floaties by my birthday party. Molly is a little water bug just like me. I can't wait to be home with Mommy all summer.
My last day of school was Thursday. We had playday and then a picinic with our parents. Mommy took me back to her school to watch their talent show. I didn't quite make it the entire show it was supposed to be my nap time so I crashed on Papa's lap.

I splashed Daddy!!

Mommy will let her play with anything to keep her quiet

Although I was asleep each act still deserved applause.

Terrific Tiger
Tonight was my school program. My class sang "Love and Families" and did sign language. I practiced a whole lot but you can't hear me. To put it mildly there are some very energetic girls whose voices carry quite well. Stay tuned to meet my new cousin ??? All we know is it's a girl tomorrow we will have a name for her. Good luck Aunt Krisha!!

I had no chance of being heard over the girls in my class!

Eleven Months Old
One more month to go!!! I am really beginning go give Mommy and Daddy a run for their money now. Not only am I a proficient crawler but climbing is also getting easier. I hear that my Mommy was quite a climber when she was my age so I guess I take after her. I am also in the first stages of walking. I have taken quite a few steps. I just get so darn excited. I weigh
18 lbs now and am just over 28 inches long. I am growing into such big girl now.

Here I am crawling into the dishwasher
I love my Annabel doll and blanket

Watch me take a few steps

Another Boo-Boo
Last night about an hour after I was supposed to be asleep I thought it would be fun to jump on the bed. I'm sure that you are thinking that if I'm ratting myself out something must have happened. And you would be correct. I fell of my bed and onto my face. Literally! Mommy and Daddy were watching TV and thought they were hearing Molly crying. Mommy was a little freaked out when I came out of my room covered in blood. After the bleeding stopped Mommy and Daddy couldn't stop laughing. They kept calling me Rocky and giggling. You can tell from the picture with Daddy that there was much sympathy felt.

Grammy bought Molly the most adorable outfit.
Swingin' is fun
I also learned the hard way not to let go of the chains in mid-air.

South Plains Food Bank Farm
Last week in school I went on a field trip to the South Plains Food Bank Farm. I got to plant green beans and pick radishes. I am really into gardening right now. Daddy and I started a garden at home and Nana and I have a garden at her house too. My favorite part was the bus ride though. I love that yellow dog!!
Grammy, Jaypa, and Grandmother were here this weekend for Uncle Jonathan and Aunt Krisha's baby shower. Aunt Krisha had to go to the hospital right after the shower because she wasn't feeling well. Everything looks OK but we are all ready to have our newest family member here!! Hopefully within the next few weeks I will have a new baby cousin!!!!
Oh, yeah....Molly wanted me to tell everyone that she has a new word "DUCK". Every time she sees a duck she points and says "DUCK". Mommy has a feeling that there are many more words to come. That sister of mine is a jabber-mouth!!!

I had never even seen a radish before
I threw some coins in the wishing boat
Here I am working hard
